We are a premier service provider dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the State of Ohio. Passionate about helping our clients live full, inclusive lives that break the mold, we are expanding and adding new roles. We are looking for movers & shakers, advocates, initiative takers, and life changers. Whether your title is administrative, management or direct support, we believe every role is important and we couldn't enable our clients to achieve their best lives without everyone on our team.

What Positions Are There?

Home Managers are our character-driven leaders in our residential locations. We expect them to lead with empathy and integrity. They are the first line of defense, and we hold them to the highest standards. They are the ones who make sure every expectation is met. They manage schedules, deal with call-offs, are the first point of contact for guardians, and then ensure that all paperwork and other details are completed and on time. They are vital for our teams and without them our teams couldn't function with the efficiency we expect. These positions are always Full Time and often come with overtime and extra shifts.

Direct Support Professionals are the bread and butter of our team. We can't do what we do without them. They provide the direct care and support for our clients in their homes, community, vocation and day services. They do the heavy lift in a lot of ways for us, with having the most day-to-day contact with our clients. We look for engaged, dedicated professionals who understand this is more than just a job, this is changing lives and empowering individuals to break down barriers. These positions can be Full Time, Part Time, Weekend Only or PRN.

Non-Medical Transportation Drivers are how many of our clients get around. Whether taking them to doctor's appointments, grocery shopping or out in the community they are vital to our clients having the best experience. Our most common position for NMT's is in our Day Services program. NMT positions can be Part Time (Split Shift) or Full Time.

Program Coordinators are the backbone to our organization. They do client intake, oversee all our locations by region, and are the liaisons between the main office, clients, SSA's, guardians and front-line staff. They handle day-to-day operations, ensure paperwork, file and investigations are always done on time and to completion. Their work is never done and we're so grateful for everything they do. This position is always Full Time and often works a set schedule. They visit homes, participate in guardian and support meetings and hold the line for our high standards. They often have to take phone calls and text messages at all hours, and we do occasionally have our PC's step in to do client care or home management in the event of emergencies. â€‹
